This privacy policy describes how the Swiss Albanian Entrepreneurs (CHAPEN) collects, protects, and uses information on and from chapen.ch. The purpose of this privacy notice is to help you understand how we look after your personal data and inform you of your privacy rights. 1. What data do we collect?
Our top priority is customer data security and, as such, we exercise a no logs policy. We only process minimal automatically collected user data, as much as is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. Any information collected is used only to establish statistical information regarding website usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.
2. How do we collect data?

We offer electronic newsletters to which you may voluntarily subscribe on our website at any time. We will maintain the information sent via e-mail in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
In compliance with the GDPR, all newsletters sent by us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us.
- Members
Members can use some special features of the website through their user account generated by the CHAPEN. In this case, certain personal information (name, email-address, function, and phone number) as provided through sign up are visible in the members section of the website (to other members of the CHAPENonly).

- Storing personal information
We will retain and use any personal information that you willingly share with us for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Once the retention period expires, personal information shall be deleted.
